My Story | Vic

I grew up in a very humble home in Mexico City where I was drawn to art at a very early age. Coming to the U.S. in 1985 had a great impact and change to not only my life, but myself as a person. All of the change that came was for the better, which I am grateful for. In this new environment, I was exposed to different and new types of art which sparked a curiosity to learn as much as I could. My school was only the books and pages of different artists, which filled me with great inspiration and new dreams. To this day as I am surrounded by new amazing artists, I am fueled with inspiration everyday to push me forward. In April of 2009, I started an “apprenticeship” with the tattoo world. After being taught the bare essentials, I started my own research with anything and everything I could get my hands on that had to do with tattoos and tattooing. Albeit the late start in my life I had, I am now doing what I love and strive to learn something new everyday. Being able to express myself in my art and tattooing gives such a rush, and is quite a humbling experience.

My Story | Rin

The Bay Area is my home. Growing up all over the Bay, I had a limitless source of art from every culture around me. I was always watching my dad with his nose stuck in a sketchbook or painting, so I picked it up from an early age. As I got older, I began to branch out with different creative projects. I picked up sculpting, wood burning, bone art, and much more. In July of 2019, I began my long awaited apprenticeship and have been loving every moment ever since, taking one step at a time in my tattooing journey.
